Red Breasted Grosbeak - Oil on Canvas 6 x 6"
Another in my bird series of paintings. This little guy was visiting my bird feeder and I captured him with my camera. I very rarely see Grosbeaks in my yard. My photographs of birds are usually blurry so I use them as references for my paintings.
I love this painting of the grosbeak.I have only seen this species once in our yard. Congrats on your acceptance into the Owen Sound Juried art show!
